Does the natural pocket get edgewear overtime like the natural all in one? Weve used the stay dry for years and theyve held up great but need some more & looking at the natural version this time but my natural all in ones got edge wear super fast & if the pocket gets holey then its sort of worthless as a pocket.

I call them “power pee-ers” lol. Nothing stops those leaks.

Do they really crack quickly ? FTM to be and have been researching cloth... I quickly found myself starting to think "oh I need this print" and "I'd like to get THAT print." I've been watching your videos as I learn & realized I could very quickly fall into this, so I've decided I'm actually going to stick with solids. How is it used as a bidet? Seems like the water would spray sideways as you are cleaning your vagina or anus and the water would fly between the toilet seat and bowl and land on the floor or hit the walls creating shity and pissy floorwalls. Please explain, thank you.

I love Jay's nest but whene she said flats are affordable I burst out laughing (crying?): here in Germany there is only one kind of hemp flat that is available through an online store, the Smart Bottoms Flat diaper, and it's ca. 15€ (= ca 17USD). I would so love to try hemp or bamboo flats but I wouldn't know where to get any (importing is 20USD shipping and it takes weeks) :( if you're on a budget, prefolds is the only option (which is ok)

Watching your videos AGAIN 1.5y into my cloth diaper journey 😅 we’re about to start ttc for baby #2 and my daughter also has recently outgrown the absorbency of her 6 layer bamboo/cotton/hemp inserts and I don’t want to buy more so I’m planning on making some different absorbency options 😊 ❤ forever thankful for your channel! I’ve learned EVERYTHING I needed to know about using cloth from you. I recommend your page anyone that is interested in cloth that needs more info on all of the different steps, styles and materials.

Another super simple idea is using old underwear if you dont have said cloths and just use a pad inside of it ....

I just made the switch, and decided to give them a try. I decided that I'm no longer going to use tampons. I can use them on my lighter days and when i run out of regular pads. I find them best to just use at home and not while at work.

This reminds me of the time when I shipped my household appliances and furniture to another country. I left eggs, raw fish, and bread in the fridge. It was on a ship for two weeks. It smelled so bad the whole street thought we shipped a dead body in it.

I love my lalabye baby with color snap. Charlie banana, fuzzibunz, and totsbot easy fit with nursery them. That was an all in one with long tough System. Blueberries pockets diapers., I'm in my 40S so it has been a long time, but now my daughter is doing it and is loving the prints. Ragababe is all in 2 but she has great quality diapers but pricy. 42.00 a pop.

Can you tell us what a good baseline GSM would be if we are doing DIY flats from purchased fabric. Would 300 hold enough?

Okay I loved flats and covers for a while. But then i noticed my baby started getting irritated skin at nighttime because theres no barrier like there is with a pocket diaper. Do you ever experience this? Maybe its the type of flat im using (organiz cotton muslin).

I like to i like to stuff as I go too! In the newborn stage i did it all ahead of time but now I do it as I go. Just makes it easier for me personally and i can adjust absorbency in the moment as needed.

Love them and wish i wouldve discovered them during the newborn phase so i couldve avoided massive blowouts in the waiting room of dr office lol

Hands down the best containment, period. Never had a poopsplosion or leg leak with double gussets. Even our fancy ai2 pockets with snap-in elasticated inserts didn’t measure up.
